Never tried a q-star what is the difference as I have been playing the trispeed tour for the past few months?

Trispeed = a Z-star with a different cover.
Q-Star = soft cover 2-piece...

Ha... I've tried trispeeds and they were a bit hard...I'm guessing the tour is a little softer?
