MP series, the first irons Mizuno produced were not known as "MP." The series was recognized as "MS" and began with MS1. It debuted in 1984 and ran through 1991 as the MS9.

Sweet or not? Anyone played them?

Have sold my beloved Brosnan Tour Classics and these have caught my eye. Will continue to game MP 67 but these would be for a retro change up.

Look similar to my Mizuno TP11. I put KBS 120 stiff in last year and they play great. I still have my Brosnan Tour classics with S300 shafts. no comparison.

Are you saying the Brosnan irons are way better?

No. Mizunos with the kbs are as good as I've played with. Also have MP37 with s200 and Exotics cnc forged with nippon 950 shafts and find the TP11 with kbs the best for feel and ball flight.
