Ronny and I are going to play our matchplay here - Comp tee times start from 10ish and visitor comp fee according to the pro shop is $25. I'll be looking at booking it in this Saturday. Anyone care to join us? Apart from ongoing bunker problems the course is in good nick at the moment.

Still? They'd have a bit more money in their budget if the staff weren't knocking money off from the ATM (allegedly of course).

I still reckon a quick trip to Thailand for some massage is the fix you need.

Wel today it was either his sore foot, or the 1.5kg steak he ate the night before

Yep, lame score of 27 points. But I did start to come good on the back nine with 17pts, 10 in the last 4 including closing par, par which I will take any day at Keperra.

Wel today it was either his sore foot, or the 1.5kg steak he ate the night before

It was a 1.1kg Rib on the Bone! and I am booked in for a Colon transplant for next week!!

My ankle was terribly swollen when I got up this morning, I ended up soaking it in an ice bath for 1/2 hour and that seemed to get the swelling down to something manageable. A heap of anti inflamatories was also used for good measure!. I used a cart today and it was the first time in a month or more that I finished a round without hobbling. Still feeling good tonight, fingers crossed! I need to find out what the cause of the swollen ankle is?? it does seem to be the root problem that leads to the Planter Fasciitis bruising and soreness.

Thanks to Damo for the invite, and all for the company, it was very enjoyable even if the golf was ordinary.

A good question Marto, have been trying to stubbornly manage it as I have in the past, but it has got worse rather than better this time.
