Do you have thoughts about a new direction with your clubs and kit? Are you going for chunky irons or maybe a different ball, shoes etc.

I'll be getting a new bag shortly, I sold my R11 T2 cart bag to a mate, so I'm back using my old ogio grom for the time being, I'm thinking about getting a Ping Pioneer bag in black with inferno red or an ogio grom xx. I also need to speak to Virge about the R11 3 wood that arrived just before i went away, we need to put a decent shaft in it, apart from that for the first time in a long while I'm pretty well settled and happy with everything in my bag.

New Bag would be the most likely but minimal changes on the horizon. I would have to be able to swing and at the moment that is just crap.

Only thing for me I hope is a Ping tour-s 50* wedge and spinner shafts. I have my j36 blades I am using now and a spare set of Srixon ZT-X irons to play around with as well. And I have an Airmuscle on the way too.

Will also be getting rid of all the extras.

they are too light (I think not 100% sure this point though)

Not sure what specs are but will more than likely buy some DSG wedge flax shafts

Im using the 60 and 54 mp t-11's and lovem. That said I do like the feel of them around the green because they feel easy to on open faced shots. I have an mp t-10 50* coming with a DG wedge flax shaft so I will be able to compare it to that

but dam it no more equipment changes OK!! :D

Vokey SM4 wedges.

New irons on the horizon, looking around at present and like the look of

Nike VR Pro Cavity
Wilson Ci11
Cleveland CG16 tours
Mizuno JPX800 Pro

Now to spend some time tracking down a pro shop which stocks these brands and where I can have hit on a range, get fitted etc.

How about sourcing a TEE Trilogy 3 wood, with Tour AD 62g regular low-mid kick shaft?

There's a couple of holes around my course, where I sometimes need more than a Trilogy 5 wood. ;)

Dave, you have a few old clubs lying about town, so give it a try. I do minor work at home (learning by trial and error), from what I've read on this site.

One is grip replacement, via cut and double-sided tape/turps. (Air compressor method is better and allows grips to be re-used, but would need some cash outlay and garage space.)
The other is steel shaft swap-over, with a heat gun and araldite. (Graphite needs a linear-pull extractor of some type.) Ferrules can be a problem, so either buy spares, leave off or sit club in boiled water and slide old ferrule up shaft, before heating the clubhead.

Search this site or youtube for demos. And the below is handy, to know what size shafts are in the various OEM heads ...

I have just gone back to my G10 12* head with an "A" flex Matrix Radix 4 shaft tipped 1/2" to play just under reg. this will hopefully force me to swing a little smoother to protect back problems.

Looking to match a lower profile fairway wood head with a Radix 5 reg shaft.

Hybrids are fine and looking at some higher launching irons with a little more forgiveness but finding a playable fairway wood is much more important.
