I have a set of Srixon forged Z-star irons 4 thru PW which have played 18 holes and the driving range a few times....only a few weeks old. As good as new. I believe these are the i-701 replacements. Great reviews on the net. Fitted with the NS Pro 1050gh stiff shafts. Pick up in South Brisbane $380 You wont do better than these at that price.

Thanks Peter sounds almost perfect. What suburb are you in? What grips on them?
If it had a 3 iron I would be all over it but because it's only 4 to wedge I'm not sure.

I believe the z-stars are more forgiving than the ztx's but both great clubs....just get them in the right shaft flex. I speak from experience

The Srixons destroyed GMacs game in the space of 12 months, goodness knows the havoc they could wreak on an average hacker. When in doubt Mizuno is your friend.

I'd play the z star, if it didn't mean redoing my wedges too ? 44 degree wedge and a 21 degree 3 and 23 degree 4 are a but weird.
