This came off of PGA tour van (the guy didn't confirm it was Tiger's old shaft or not, but it did come off a Nike Driver that was hotmelted to his specs)

Maybe, but the head is hotmelted and its lighter than any driver head I've experienced.

What's the measure from the tip to the start of the n in rayon, first writing on the shaft back from the tip.
