Pro- Am

We have our Pro-Am this weekend and my 78 year old Friday partner has convinced me to go along for the ride. I'm keen to go but have no idea about "the rules" in Pro-Ams. Not the rules of golf, I mean, well you know what I mean, any tips?

Played in Pro-AM but don't find much difference in a normal comp at all.

For me it's:

Wear collar shirt instead of tee :p
No jeans
Don't talk when ANY ppl hitting/putting
I didn't joke around with Kee lasttime when we played in Pro-AM
CAREFULLY ON GREEN!! Don't step on ppl's line! I still feel guilty about doing that to the pro... lucky he made the putt :p

So, it's just like your normal game, plus you see some great hitting :D

depends if the pro u're with is casual abt it...
most see this as a practice round...so will prob be concentrating pretty much all day...

as for tips...wait till u're offered...don't ask (that's what I was told from golfers who played in the Brunei Pro-Am)

and most of them WILL offer... :D

oh yeah....don't say good shot until u see the ball land... :lol:
