Have a Motore 65 in stiff in R9 tip. I think the torque is around 3.4

Located in Gisborne Vic so could meet up if you are interested.

Unsure, but I would have to say no as the TP is not indicated on the shaft.

I have a Diamana Kai'li 65 gm Mid S-Flex shaft with no tip that you can have for $50. It came on my 910 D2 but I never used it as I had a Voodoo SVS6 ready to go.
