I'm thinking of getting another R11 driver ... something i can adjust the face angle on so i can have a hope in hell of hitting a draw when i need to

Is there THAT much difference between the TP and normal retail version ?? Do i really need a TP version anyway ???

Also, anybody got any comparisons between the R11 and Superfast 2.0 fairway woods ?? I'm thinking of upgrading my 3 wood and can't decide which way to go :?

Do not get a Superfast 2.0 if you want to turn it over...they are open faced.

I thought that the R11 (and the R9 before it) had one type of head, and the only difference between the Std and the TP were the shaft options and the fact that the TP shafts had .335 tips on them

I'm almost certain the TP and non TP in the R11 are identical heads. The difference is the shafts and from memory the TP might come standard with a .335 sleeve instead of .350. Let me fink

Thanks chaps :)

The plan is to get a nunchuk for both the driver and 3 wood too ;)

From memory with the TP you get the weight kit as well.

TM TP's are open faced, standard TM's are closed, or is that not the case anymore???

Used to be with the Burner ranges anyway.

The R11 is adjustable. You are talking more the fixed heads.

The R11 TP is far superior than the R11 non-TP version. Apart from that they are identical

That wouldn't be because of the upgraded shafts would it ?

Remember, i'll be yanking out the shaft (no homo) and looking to replace it with a Nunchuk

No, just the fact that is is superior. Identical in every way, no difference at all....except for that little TP logo. Much like an iPhone is better 'because' :)

The G20 is another to watch, quite cheap, easy to hit and turns over ok apparently.

No real details yet, but adjustable and 3 woods will have a hotter face and better sole than the r11 version

910's BOMB! R11 too much spin and high launch and the fact that the Blur is the worst stock shaft i have ever hit that and the titty Diamana blue in the 909 series but that wont matter much to you
