I left my used ping redwood with a retailer, ( irrelevant as to who), to get reshafted and loft and lie alteration.
I was told at the time to expect 3-4 weeks, as it needs to go to US to get the ball bearing in the shaft laser blasted. Cost $90 all up which covers postage and new shaft....all good.
Yesterday marked the NINTH week anniversary and despite attempts from the retailer from week 6 onwards, including phone calls to them while I was in the shop, to establish an ETA no response has been given from the PING guys.
When the time comes and the thing does arrive, paying the $90 is going to be a bit of a slap in the face.
My question is, what would you guys do??
