Seriously, that looked like a super hyped, hyper marketed product launch to high paying, invite only, Corporates (how many middle+ yr old Japanese businessmen were in the room)...for a product that is basically an upgraded Ti3, with a different material insert and some soft stuff glued to the back of that...

I played yesterday with the Titleist fitting rep yesterday. Got to use a Sonoma for the 18 holes. Was nice and all but didn't see any great difference between the previous model in feel. Certainly not as good as my DMBB.

Hit the new AP2 and CB as well. CB's with DGS300's will be in my bag soon...

Got a little lucky - had a game lined up with the pro here for weeks and he usually has a game with the fitting rep after their session each time he is in Dubbo. Got the last slot in the fitting session, noticed the new California's, asked if I could take one for a hit and he told me to take it out for the round. Kinda wish I went with the Del Mar to be honest but still it was good to give one a go.

New CB's are a sweet bit of gear. That is what I'm really keen on.
