From memory, it was a sand save par for Waz, and a 3-putt bogey for Mick. Good up and down pars for Eag's and I after pretty good tee shots for the first shot of the day.

Neither made the most of the shorter course and the opportunities for birdies. Not that I did.

Fair point AP, The black tees are fine by me even for both rounds, but if the 18th plays into the wind on sunday like it did in 2009 and not a single person reached the green in two, despite the wind being only mild, It was just a dull afternoon watching everyone make 5's on that hole.

None of the other holes seemed anywhere near 'unreachable' long to me, and from the blues it is a bit of a doddle, just on 6000m from memory.
