What does reciprocal club mean? Help Please!

So what does this mean? There is about 20 clubs listed in my fixture book. I never worried but my old club is one of the them and was told might not be able to play there.

Reciprocol is a word that brings a look from the pro shop staff that is not to dissimilar to the look you get if you drop your guts in a lift.

And when I went back there and told management they were stunned since Nudgee members are FOC at Yowani.

Yeah they told me that being reciprocal meant that I got no green fee concession, but the privelige of a spot in the competition field.
