Suffering from a sore right elbow.
I used to play a lot of tennis and occasionally I did get this elbow pain.
Hit a wedge on Saturday, and took the world's biggest divot and really hurt myself.
In the past, the soreness will subside within a day or so, but this is still really sore after 3 days, and doesn't look like getting better quickly.
Other than not digging new bunkers with my wedges, what can anyone recommend to strengthen this elbow issue? Types of exercises etc.
And is there any brace type thing I could use to help?
Cheers farqen

You can get one of those straps that go around your forearm up near the elbow.

They work.

Try some anti-inflammatories - indocid, voltaren or bruffen.

Give it some rest.

I agree. The one with the pressure pad, that sits over the area with pain, is awesome. It's like having your thumb permanently pressed against it to help relieve the pain.

Or stomach issues.

These days I have both of those AND take Celebrex so I can definitely recommend NOT doing what I do.

The high blood pressure gives me wicked headaches and the stomach issues mean I wake up some nights coughing up my own vomit.

The left side of my knee kinda 'snapped' on me yesterday afternoon so I headed off to the physio today who gave me some acupuncture and strapped the knee up. It is feeling heaps better now.
