You may have seen Auctions like this on Ebay and various websites recently, and its rip off.
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=109896&item=5787718853&rd=1
They are just selling you the instructions on how to get the TV programs, or they give you a special program that does it for you.
The system does work but;
- very small resolution, no websites are going to stream video at high res
- you can get it for free without their help
- the channels available are mostly crap - no movies, live sport or the like despite what the advertisers claim.
(i shouldnt say crap, but rather channels you wouldnt pay for, news, music, faith, shopping etc)
As a special offer to Ozgolfers, I'll give you what they are selling for free.
Go to http://wwitv.com/ and check out all the free TV yourself.
(and people are paying $20 a pop for this info)
