It was 6* in woomba at 11am today and blowing a gale.

Of course I was inside with the air con set to 28*. But the weather 'said' it was 6* so it did make me feel a little colder. :P

uncanny that this thread headed in this direction, just arrived back from my trip to sydney.

when i departed from brisbane airport, I was looking out the window from the terminal. I swear that I could see in the distance a baggage handler hugging a golf bag, and about 10 of his work mates were struggling to get it off him, he just wasnt going to let go.

Couldnt tell who it was from that distance, but the body language afterwards and the apparent comforting by his colleagues made it clear he was crying.
