This photo is taken of a kangaroo (which looks as though it would stand to be about 1m tall) which has drowned in the water hole. A rock python has taken the opportunity to get a little snack and is working hard to pull the Kangaroo from the water. How long do you think the python is?

i had a mate send me one similar a while ago, of a python eating a small roo .. was a series of pic's showing the roo slowly but surely disappearing down the snakes throat :P

It's seems the same photos are being passed around. I got this one a few days ago.
How strong is the snake's body to be holding itself up on that ledge, and dragging a roo out of the water? :shock:

I'm just wondering how long that SOB is....it goes around the corner and out of shot!!! :shock:
and talk abt near perfect camouflage...

I've seen the wide pic of this and the snake is at least the same length again you can see on the ledge.If not a bit more.
