What a waste of nines holes.
Played in the monthly medal at Carbrook yesterday. I wasn't hitting it too well but with some good putting and a bit of scrambling I made the turn with a 3 over 39.
I then came back down to earth with a thud after posting an 11 on the 10th. Cut my drive into the water, put two more in before deciding to bail out left, on with the next and three putted from only 20 feet. Made par on the 11th then walked off the 12th with an 8 (played five off the tee after putting 2 into the sand hills on the right). Finshed the back nine with a 16 over 50.
This game is so frustrating, why do love it so much?
