Got this from Virge a couple of weeks ago, probably not for me. One time perfect pull, played 44.5" in my R9 which is deemed to be the perfect length.

It says one time pull so don't think there will be a tip.

No tip but you can have a choice of grips;

Titleist tour velvet (new)
Golf pride multi compound red
One of those UST myamar yellow/gray.

I gamed it for a couple of weeks and I wasn't getting the length I desire. Certainly the straightest shaft I've used.
