I know a few guys got these in the Powergolf and the like.
I used one for the first time on saturday in the comp with Brentonj at his home club in Adelaide.
I was very impressed with it overall.
It was a 2ball, prob had 4 over the front , and 5 over the back so prob shot my h/cap.
I lost no distance with this ball v pro v1, off the driver, i hit some boomers too (for my standard)!
I found it to be softer in feel, not only off the irons and putter, but also in the hand, you can actually depress it a little?
Played the full 18, and hardly a mark on it.
I hit some full gap wegdes as 2nd shots into 2 par 4's and 5's and not a mark on it, whereas a pro v1 would normally scuff a little from this club.
Its a winner imo, whish i had grabbed 2 doz instead of one!:mrgreen:

I have been using these for the last few months and found them pretty much as you have described. Soft, yet very durable, and very easy to find!. Just ordered another 4 doz from Powergolf.

I have been test driving the white XV and first reaction was that it was quite durable, 2nd test suggests to me nothing special about it.

Though my mate who gave me some because he switched to the better ball thinks they are fantastic,and he is a thousand times better golfer than me.

Yep, only the 2010s are on special. Haven't tried the new ones yet. Same, same I am assuming.
