AndyP

You already have 4 and that 11:12 time is a little late, unless I ask a favour of the neighbour.

No worries, last group in morning field on a Wed is 8am, so don't think we'll get a mid week game with you there.

A couple of greens are scratchy but the rest of the course is supposed to be good!

It will be better than Pacific!

AndyP

I was only offering my spot to Moe if he wanted it. I'm in.

Which course? Or is it a mish-mash because of the flood damage?

Moe Norman
22nd March 2011, 04:49 PM
put him out of his misery Pete, he needs to put together his hole by hole shot plans

AndyP
22nd March 2011, 04:55 PM
I won't bother for a one off, and I haven't done one for ages, although I have a pretty good back catalogue now. I might put the holes in the stats program for the iPod though, to save me writing them down.

henno
22nd March 2011, 05:33 PM
I don't care which course, but I somewhat hope it's the East Course; I haven't played it for ages.

henno
22nd March 2011, 05:46 PM
If I get a lift in tomorrow morning, would one of you kind souls be able to drop me at roma street station, or central, or anywhere on the cleveland line after the round? That way I can simply catch a train home.

Actually, now that I think of it I'm pretty sure all three of you will be heading in the other direction, and west. At worst, could you plonk me at Indro station? It just means having to wait around a bit longer and do the train changeover at Roma Street, but it beats walking.

perci

I should be able to drop you somewhere suitable mate!

Thanks perci; you're a gentleman and a scholar. :-)

AndyP

I'm doing a runner straight after the round, so the best I could offer is Indro station.

Andy, gold and Blue (river course)

Whats your surname BTW?

Pete

henno
22nd March 2011, 08:08 PM
Oooh, I like the river course. I'm not so much of a huge fan of the new "red" nine; a bit too resorty for my liking.

Thanks for the hit guys, I always enjoy playing Indro even when I play like crap. I had a swag of shanks, driver was crap, and once again I couldn't putt to save my life. But I was very impressed with how the course has recovered since the flood; amazing stuff. Playing there again really makes me miss the place and I really wish I had the coin to join there.

It was a top day out though, if not a bit steamy, and the company was sensational.

BOOOOOOM!

I tried to sell him one during the round Timah!

Pete

p.s. If Henno learns to get rid of the shanks and the yips and the odd brain fade, he will be a demon off 17! One thing he is ... is a good bloke. My head would have come off after the 3rd shank!!!

Thanks for organising, Pete. That's a sneaky score you had there, although when I thought about your round at the end, I couldn't recall many errors.

What did you end up with perci?

I still can't figure out how henno and I won the drinks on the first nine with 13 and 12 points respectively.

Gee, it would have been nice if my drive on Blue 1 got onto the green. I've never driven a par 4 before.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
