As organised in another thread (http://www.ozgolf.net/showthread.php/21033-Midweek-Games-with-AndyP), a game is happening on Wednesday at Nudgee.

1. gazgolf
2. Daves
3. AndyP
4. nudgee (pencil)

Let's hope nudgee's wrist is up for it.

Will it be the North course? I haven't played there since '09.

-----------
Scores

1. gazgolf 40pts
2. AndyP 37pts
3. Daves 30pts
4. nudgee 23pts

I will go first reserve if Nudgee can't make it.

Looking good - wrist has recovered. It just depends on whether some silly client sets a meeting on Wednesday morning.

But I have instructed PA to block wednesday mroning

OK I am all good for this one.

See you guys out there.

I'm in too.

2. AndyP 37pts
3. Daves 30pts
4. nudgee 23pts

Gaz was solid all day and didn't get in much trouble.
Daves wants to demolish all of Nudgee's bunkers. They were friendly to me.
Nudgee, as discussed, cut and paste this into your signature: "I will never listen to Perci again". The driver was a dud.

Thanks for the round, gents. Nudgee GC at the new improved fee of $20 on Wednesdays is a bargain.

Did you know the 2nd was playing as a temp par 3, jarro?

The fairway was getting flattened out, so they had the tee set up about 130m out from the normal green.

Yeah, the second hole has been shortened for a while now ..... they're doing some work there.

Word has it they'll be doing works on other holes once the second fairway recovers.

It's the waves man. The fairways have become really wavey with all the rain, was quite noticeable in places today.

I think the 7th fairway is another they're thinking of fixing up.

Lots of waves on that fairway too

Lots of waves everywhere really, some worse than others.

It was deceptively hot out there today; I'm feeling a bit zonked.

The waves have always been there.... the flooding didn't make it worse.

Gaz and AP played really well, Daves had some sand trouble and I was doing well up to the point where I got out of the car at Nudgee Car Park - all down hill from there.
I absolutely sucked today - I dont think it was all the driver's fault (although I drover it all over the place) as I was swinging it like an axe murderer. The old wrist is still giving me some trouble as it is is the right hand so it is difficult to protect.

It could be a massacre at Windaroo for my matchplay!!! New banner time perhaps.

I hope you all partook in a refreshing ale in the clubhouse afterwards ?

Nudgee G.C needs the funds

Good day, with some nice play from my partners. It was sneaky hot today, I forgot the sunscreen and the face is nicely burnt, not so good when you have to front up at work after a sicky.
BTW 46 pts won the a-grade today.......tough crowd.

Thanks for the round guys, it was very enjoyable.

Some nice smacking yesterday Gaz, a very good score considering your opening tee shot!

And some great scrambling from AndyP, was great to watch.

I started like a house on fire, but just could not keep it going.

Then do the rest of SE Qld a favour and sell some land so a decent road can go through there.
