A mate has one. Have to say that I was not impressed when I tried it, hard to focus and pick up the pin, but he seems happy enough. For much the same money buy a Leupold GX1 which in my view has far superior optics etc. If you can stretch the budget get a GX3, brilliant optics, shit easy to use.

Is that the one falsely advertised heavily on Golf Link and Iseekgolf (with Mike Clayton recommending) as having an RRP of $499 despite never have been sold for that price?

Have been looking on fleabay at the Bushnells and now the Leupoulds

Was just curious whether these ones were any good for the price?

Getting the impression there are better ones out there at similar prices, particular with USD/AUD parity at present

I had a Bushnell V2 and then upgraded to the 1600 Pro. It's fairly big, but it is so quick at getting a read it's not funny. I highly recommend it!
