To those that have used them.
Do you guys think impact bags work? I seem to be turning my hands over a bit too much at the moment, getting a bit more than a nice draw, which obviously leads to trouble.
Would I really feel a closed or open face on a impact bag? Can you really tell if you've hit it perfectly square?
