As the title says, do any of you guys have an impact bag in good condition that you want to sell?

Just get one off the 'Bay mate, or make one out of a canvas bag filled with rolls of carpet - old Axminster if you can find it as it is heavier.
Quite effective and quieter.

I have been told that they're easy enough to make. What do you use as the bag?

Just let the air out of a beach ball.

Ha ha. I must be the only person in Australia that doesn't own a beach ball or a canvas bag.

Army surplus store - picked up a duffel bag for $15 at the time. Got some old carpet and cut to fit the lengths so that they could be rolled up in the bag.

I won a vinyl impact last year, and filled it with half of an old quilt. (Too noisy for tranquil suburbia and not so good for my dodgy wrists, so gave it to a beginner for 3 zstars.)
A couple of old lounge cushions and mat/carpet-offcut held together with occy-straps may be the go.
