No one is forfeiting just yet. If neither party can find a mutually suitable time to play their match, another method of deciding who progresses can be arranged (eg. Fireball matchplay/ coin toss/ whatever else may be agreed on between the participants). As I've always maintained, I don't care how it's decided, I just need to know who goes through to the next round.

All that said, let it be known that I have reservations with people participating in the comp if they cannot demonstrate that they are making a genuine effort to play their matches.
