I suddenly realise I was having a thursday off for the first time in a very long time and thought it would be a great chance to catch up and play with some ozgolfers who never play weekends.

Then I got up and went to get my golf clubs to put into the car. After the first attempt at trying to lift them I came back and cancelled.

My back is at the point where I am finally moving normally again. I'd be silly to risk aggravating it again before sunday.
