Philippines Golf.

I am reading through the Australian & New Zealand issue of Golf Vacations, where I come across an interesting article. The article refers to the Graham Marsh designed Fairways & Bluewater Resort Golf & Country Club. In the comments the writer notes that the signature hole is the par-3 16th that features a drop of some 80 metres from tee to green. Special mention must go to the ninth hole because it's a particularly challenging par 5 but because it features an experimental bunker filled with recycled green glass. The writer says " a bit daunting when you first step into it but I managed to get the ball out without losing an eye so it must work".

I plan on playing this course when I'm in the philippines early next year. Interesting stuff mate, I'm looking forward to it even more now.

Heard that place is pretty good. The golf would make it even better. =)
