OZgolf has 32 spots (8 groups) reserved up until the 14th January 2011 for players with current GA Handicaps.
Nomination Fee $20 per player
NTP's $1.00 (Payable to the Pro Shop)
Motorised Carts - $37, Pull Carts - $4. (Payable to the Pro Shop)
In order to be included in the OZgolf Booking, you will need to pay the $20.00 comp fee to me by the 14th January 2011.
Bank details will be PM'd to those that have listed an EOI.
Priority will be on a basis of first paid first served.
Tee times reserved for OZgolf players will be from 7.24 am until 8.12 am.
Any of the reserved spots not taken by the 14th January will be taken back by the Club for release with the time sheet on the 15th January.

We had a briefing from the BoM yesterday for our disaster management planning......from now to Autumn - 75% of well above average rainfalls, 8-9 cyclones and one of them is likely to cross the east coast with damaging winds.

Yes lists don't work (Hence why it was posted as an EOI with spots confirmed by payment), look at the 2010 Champs (Despite the heaps of work and effort that Shavey put in) and this event last year, given the rain potential sms316 was out on a limb to get so many spots reserved to have the possibility of no one show up.

Hence why I posted the details as early as possible so people had the opportunity to make plans within reason.

32 spots reserved for OZgolfers is a pretty good deal.

Quite possibly. This year was a "fail" because I have organised it every year, but was away for work this time around. That said, they have never been very accommodating.

I want to check out the conditioning first (which is supposedly crap) and approach them first. If no good, I might propose an alternate event. Maybe a big day at Wally Park where we run the place (dependent on forum response) and have a BBQ somewhere (maybe my joint). I'd call it the anti-McLeod Cup.

As you can see, I have already given it some thought.
