could it be cut down to suit a 3 wood???

also what kind of swing speed would you reccomend

Of course you can. Only extend the length do have trouble.

100MPH I think... like me... yesterday measure I have around 100MPH with driver. I hit 250mtrs avg and occasionally will hit a 290mts bomb with this shaft.

Andy - what are you doing mate -whats wrong with the NVS shaft?? I hope you are getting Chris to do the work as the new Tittys 905 have an aluminium hosel that will require very careful heating.

Sominic the NVS shaft that Andy has was extended by 1" so it will fit nicely into a 3 wood.

Jamie I was thinking to get Titleist authorised fitter to do the pull and re-fit.

Not sure if you read about the thread of my launchy session lastnite but I a back spin rate of 4500rpm with the NVS and the guy reckon it was the shaft.
