How many habits are out there and how hard are some to break
I've just given up smoking for the 3rd time in 2 years
But this time I went cold turkey
It's been 15 weeks today and I feel great (breathing wise)
Now trying to break the food habit. I was going through a packet of lollies a day

Updated weigh in
6 weeks in 112.3 -8.7 = 103.6
Mitch
81.4 -5.3 = 76.1
Last week Mitch and I walked for the first time in a Sat comp since Mitch had his 18 hole handicap
I was surprised how many members asked "how come you walked today"
Still no smokes and feeling great

Sounds like you need a fright to get motivated. How's this - smoking and overweight increases your chances of a premature death and somebody else gets your golf stuff.

I think I'm still going because Mitch is going so well, he will not go over his points allowance for the day :) and is eating a lot more healthier foods

Top stuff!
Still walking the course? Next step would be to give the young bloke a stand bag for Christmas. I'm sure all the hotshot golf kids carry their bags, don't they?

I need to stop drinking flavoured milk. Too much sugar.

Any ideas.

It could be coming to that. It could also be cause I work in the fridge and they sit in front of me. Taunting me.
