Well today, whilst speaking to a long standing customer I let made a real dick of myself!

I've known this customer for about 5 or 6 years, and she comes in quite regularly.

Her last name is Mickelson, and today I said - " HI PHIL" as she walked in the door...

Geez I felt like such a dickhead! :lol::lol:
