More loft creep:roll:

No kidding! My ping 9-iron is basically the same loft as that wedge.

I bet these irons are in the bags of many tour players sponsored by Callaway. They are now on my wish list.=P~

FORGED 1020 CARBON STEEL BODY
Provides unmatched feel and performance, giving elite-level golfers incredibly soft, responsive feedback at impact.

Bollocks... have hit them - they are nice, but the X20 and 22's tours feel much much much much much much much much much better

Kinda like my irons.

I think they are the exact same head with a different badge in the cavity. Checked them out at GW after our last game.

I am almost certain they are. At least that was the general news when the Diablo's were released. "Callaway releasing Legacy irons for US market" or some such.

Spot the difference:

Specs look the same. Appears to only be graphics.

Well I liked the clubs that were briefly in my possession. The clubs are the personal set of the pro at Wantima (Tom's dad) with regular graphite shafts. Perfect for us older golfers who can find our way around a course. I found them to be not as forgiving as the X-20's, more like a forgiving cavity blade. The satin finish is beautiful and they setup at address just like a blade head. Should sell a bunch.

Like a blade? except for the offset, size and topline.

Did you look at the Diablo Edge or the Diablo Big Bertha. They are very different.

I've seen them all Raz, I might take back the size, but with that topline and offset it don't look like no blade mate.

That's interesting, I have played blades the majority of my golfing life and these looked very familar to me at address. There are blade clubs that do have some offset, the KZG blades is one that comes to mind. These Callys have the look of blades that have their loft increased - a slight offset.

The topline is thin for the rollover border compared to the X-20 & X-22. The other design feature that appeals to me is the hardened steel used in the face.
