Going back to the mid 90's I wish i never sold my Daiwa Broomstick.

Would anyone have one they would be interested in parting with?

Last traded in Wagga

There was a guy on ISG trying to sell one a while back going by the name of Brownman. Good luck!

I'm an Old School Daiwa putter man myself.

I have one. It has been cut down a couple of inches, though, as I am vertically challenged. I am in Albury. It is almost brand new - I've only used it 3 or 4 times. $85 + shipping? Let me know if you are keen. I am in Albury.

Hi oz, I could be interested the price seems ok. When you say a couple of inches do you mean 2?

What model is it, any chance of a pic? Thanks for your help

Yup. Got the Pro Balance 5502, 5504 and 5505! Great feeling face balanced putters.

The 5504 is my gamer that I've had for close to 17 years now. It spent a lot of time out of the bag, but I really can't see it being changed anytime soon.

Sorry BillyT - I have been hammered at work today. Just got back to this. I will measure it tomorrow, and try to get a pic up for you. It will be later in the day - sorry.

Mine is a Daiwa LP Series X with Milled face. It is 44.25" and has the split grip (in black/white wrap). It is in 9.5/10 condition. Camera is out of the house today, so pics not available today. Let me know if you are interested.

Hi oz, I found this advice regarding the recommended size for a broomstick "In theory, a chest-putter stance is a little more upright than a conventional stance. With your left hand (presuming you are right-handed) on your chest and your forearm comfortably level, have someone measure to the top of your left hand while holding your stance and add 1/2" to that number so a little bit of the grip extends above your hand. (For your reference, I am 6'2", and my chest putter is 48" long.) Being 6ft tall that would equate to 46", not much difference from 44.25". I will go to my local pro shop and see if I can try out some different sizes (if they have one) and get back to you.

Cheers Bill

Mega, you're asking for trouble with a statement like that. Next week you'll probably have 6 three putts and be back in here looking for something else ;)

Nup. That won't change my mind. ;)

I had a 3 jack from 2 feet on the first last week. I thought it was all over. Next hole....15 feet for birdie and 29 putts for the round. We have an understanding. :)

Mine is the same as that ebay link - just 1.5" shorter - plus my grips are fitted better, with a more sapce between the 2 halves of the split grip. $85 shipped if anyone's interested.
