gday guys, i'm new to golf and in the process of finding a used set. atm have my eye on the wilson 1200LT. set comes with 3-pw and a 1,3,5.
are these any good? how old are they etc. worth?

Mate, find yourself something a little easier to hit. Go into a golf shop and try a few out. Only way to know. Good luck

If new to the game, then early money is best spent on a few lessons of the swing fundamentals.
Then get some clubs that suit your swing. And your teaching pro can help with this advice also.

One of the Melbourne OzGolfers should be able to point you to a suitable teaching pro in Keilor or the surrounds. (Just ask when booking in for the lesson about loaning a club or two for the lesson, and about shoes (your runners will usually suffice) and possibly buying a glove to avoid blisters.)


It's like buying a car. Learning how to drive is more important than the vehicle.
