3ball stuff ups

So ordered two hybrids off 3 balls with Head covers and they arrived with one missing. Have emailed them twice now throught the ask us a question page on their website.

I have heard sweet you know what from them and want to know if anyone has had problems before with them and how it was sorted out.

Usually when they receive a payment or provide you shipping info they send you an email ? reply to that email, something that shows the order number.

Email support@3balls.com and include the Order number in the Subject.

They might be slipping as I asked a question about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for a answer, how they forgot to mention in a set of irons one head was almost off the shaft.The irons where rated as very good.
