It depends on how much water is over Bushy Creek at Julatten. There is no way we are ever driving through that again!!!! (Russell can if he wants, but I won't be in the car with him!:smt087)

"The Boat" is now Russell's baby, I will try to get him to Mareeba, but he has got a lot of work to do on it.

My daughter is away camping, it depends when she gets home etc, etc.

PS. I want to play....I just can't give you a yes or no at the moment.

Rumour's abound that Chopper71 wants to take me on in our match this Sunday, but is he man enough to challenge me to my face?

Will be working this weekend so can't play unfortunately.

Coring greens next Monday/Tuesday so don't bother playing ST for a few weeks.

I'll test it tomorrow arvo in the chookrun and decide what to do then...

The only good thing about it is I didn't break the bottle of JW I had in my hand

First things first, which dipstick are you referring to? There's three other forum members working in the same street as you. It could be any one of them. ;)

I would have said the missed green was from 30 metres.

Another relaxing round with Haysey and NKJ. If NKJ can wake up before the 10th hole he will be dangerous.

He dropped 20 shots from the front nine to the back nine (71/51) and in the process had Haysey shedding feathers. Unfortunately he gave the big fella too much start.

And the 51 is his best 9 holes to date.

Scores updated when I get the cards later.

Enjoyable day, beautiful weather for golf. It's just a shame that a third of the field pulled out at the least minute.

Don't worry, I missed a couple from closer than that one.

I see the young fella has a really early tee time tomorrow. Might have to wake him up at 3am:D

Does he want a gallery?8)

Ned
16th April 2010, 09:15 AM
He will be awake and hitting some balls as a warm up before he tees off.

He had a couple of range sessions this week, he is now doing some simple putting drills which should see some greater consistency in the next couple of weeks.

Some minor changes in his grip also worked out on his iron play but again it will be a little while before he starts to see some consistent results.

Either way he was a lot happier after seeing some instance results and also what some practise will do.
