Last week I bought one of those little iPod dock numbers for my baby's bedroom so that I can play some white noise or sleepy music on repeat. I was thinking that I would be able to pick up a second hand iPod for 50 bucks or less and away we go.

10 minutes on eBay later and it appears that you don't get much change out of $100 for second hand iPods.

What the? Surely a five year old gadget that you can buy new for $200 can't be worth $100. I blame apple and their evil proprietary dock connection. Bastards!

I got a refurbed 2nd gen Nano several years ago and it's till going. The normal warranties still apply too.

In true OzGolf fashion I bought an old 40Gog iPod photo off Oztion for 100 bucks. It might be crap, but there's some super resale right there. :)
