Try your local pro shop. They will have rolls of lead tape or even packets of lead weights (around 1mm thick)

Tennis shops maybe able to help is your search for small amounts of lead tape.

Usually about $10 for a pack of 8 adhesive tabs of 1 swingweight (approx. 2.5 - 3 gram).
There is also a continual strip that you cut to length, but it is thinner and wider.

I cut 1/2" off the driver, but re-added 5g via a spiral of thinly cut lead flashing araldited around the ferrule.

Most decent pro shops/golf shops sell the Proline brand of lead tape but from memory I think Proline may have succumbed to the GFC so not sure if they'll still stock them.....packs got about 8-10 strips about 1-2mm thick and are very sticky.

The squares of weight dont work, the corners get stuck on the head cover and said square came of after an hour or two.All the catching damages the in side of the head cover
