Sorry to leave you in the lurch boys.

My darling 2 yr old was pretty sick the night I flew in and she went to hospital with 40 degree temp and vomiting. Was also complicated by a urinary tract infection which seems to have settled this afternoon. It was then that my mercy dash home was put on hold and mum and bubs were feeling a bit better.

Then the Cairns leg of my trip was cancelled which meant I was stuck in Townsville for a week with the clubs and no game... but still work! I then find out this evening that things are in fact quite bad with my little ms and the pediatrician thinks it's a kidney related issue. She is now in hospital with a drip and not feeling the best.

So in 5 hours I'll be flying out of Townsville to Brisbane, then hopefully a quick run down the M1 to the hospital. Fingers crossed the latest sample will be more conclusive.

Hopefully I'll be up for the Holiday Inn Cairns relaunch in May so we can do it all again then.

Courty, can you please contact Des and inform him of numbers. I'll email him now and explain my absence.

1. For the way I played. Couldn't hit the side of a barn from 10 metres away. An absolute joke of a round. The funny thing is, after I DQ'ed myself on the 14th, I camae home with 4 straight pars. :roll:

2. For the way I behaved. There's no excuses for the foul mood and club-throwing. I'm letting it get to me too much. I hereby resolve to never throw a club again.
