Selling the Adams driver I got as it lost the battle with the R9.

Great nick (8.5/10), comes with HC, Matrix Ozik stiff shaft (standard one), 9.5 degrees of pure BANG. This club does fly long but my SS was measured at 120mph while I was over there and the tip in the shaft is a little soft for my swing.

I will post piccies when I get home tonight.

$150 picked up in Sydney, add 15 for postage

Seems to be a great head that isn't the easiest to match the shaft to. I know I had sone issues!

I like your style JohnLLL. Lowballing the buyer before he has paid or received the club.

You related to Golfnut?

Sadly, there were no actual handshakes (since I picked it up from a workmate of PJ who lived closer to me), but pickup, inspection and payment were made.

First impressions were quite good. After the first couple went sailing off to the right, I focused on a smoother and slower swing. Things became much more fluid and after a short while I was hitting it quite well and long (maybe 230 carry or so). Shaft seems to suit me well for a stockie.

So no rushed sale for this one...the Cally might pop up here though in a little while.

Do you hit it longer than the cally?

Have you noticed different flight due to the low spin?

Not 100% sure, Dave...I was at the range near Kellyville on Windsor Rd, and they didn't really have good distance markers (just a 150m one and a few flags in various spots behind that). I'll really need to do a side by side at one of my regular ranges just to make sure of what will be the main driver.

Flight was quite good though - shaft seems to be higher spin, but combined with the low spin head, made sense that the best shots come out with a middish flight.

I'll start a new thread if need be, but this is up for sale again. Only difference between when I picked it up from PJ is 2 rounds and a 2mm x 2mm paint chip near where the crown and hosel meet.

Will get pics up tonight and an asking price.

Skied/shank?

Is that hard to do with this driver in 30-40 hits?

Looking forward to pics and a price.

Actually, cancel the thought...I took another look at it. I might as well do the reshafting and actually do what I was planning to do.

PJ, it works - just that the Cally works a little bit better right now. But I should give the JAVLNFX a go instead of presuming it'd make little to no difference.

And the chip's actually more where the heel meets the hosel...just a bit of bag chattering, I think. No crap mishits with this yet.
