I want to send a few heads to Kari to get pimped up.

Is pulling the shaft as simple as heat gun on to the hosel and then pull the head off?

if you use a heat gun, MW, it should take less than 30 seconds once it is up to operating temperature. You can tell when it is ready to pull by the smell of the glue going off. Use an oven mit or something similar and just twist the head and it'll come straight off.

Yes!
Sent 3 Scottys to the Custom shop, pulled the shafts and sold 2 of them.
Kept 1 as a spare.:smt038
