Congrats on your win today. Your 42 points held up to take the win on countback. :D
I was there at the presentation and the other D. Watt, David, tried to claim your prize but surprisingly, Rob wasn't fooled.

Hehehe. He had a shocker too.

Thanks Veefore.

I was at work so couldn't make the preso. I'm guessing it's not such a
big deal for Scroungers (I hope!).

Want me in a Penant team now? :)

Actually, the Scrounger presentation is the best of the week. Max sold more than 200 raffle tickets and there were probably 50-60 people there for it. I never left until after 8:30 as it was still kicking along till then.

Re Pennants. If you are in the 6-11 handicap range division 5 could use you. We had some real duds last year. Otherwise join the (loooong) list for divvy 7 or 9. :)

Come to think of it the top team is looking a bit shallow in the talent pool this year.

Damn. Don't usually get home to about 8 on Thursdays.

What's the rules with midweek members playing Penants?

Congrats Mega.

Thanks JC.

I was just thinking. A solid 12 handicapper would be a real benefit to the Division 5 side as every team we played last year had a 12/13/14 who we didn't have a good match up for.

Would need sunday rights and be available for at least 10 sundays in a row. (3 practices, 6 round robin and 1 final.)

Shame. I'm an 11 capper now. ;)

Well Done MW...good shootin'.

Is it dangerous to ask what your recent round of ho'ing will do to your current form :)

I haven't really ho'd. I've just made some good quality swaps that I might use in the future.

The bag is pretty much set.

Two big differences I've found. The PURE grips. They are awesome. And the Bushnell NEO gps. I find it better than my laser as I am looking more at the distance to the front and back of the green to help me more with where the ball should actually land rather than distance to the pin to the exact metre.

Yep...I like my GPS for the same reason. Gives me the margin for error for back of green and required carry to front.
