Can confirm thats what we played our many matches off. Was a bit of a chat about it before hand but ended up on the mens index.

Most courses have a standard matchplay index regardless of gender. It's only a few stupid courses that change them up.

And yes I do play the same course. I still have to get the ball in the hole in the least number of shots.

The standard matchplay index doesn't suit all courses, particularly those that have a few par-3's in the lower indexes. An issue for another thread, maybe.;)

Playing the men's index is to your advantage. Holes 12 and 14 (both par-3s) are 2 & 7 on the index. You wouldn't get a shot on any of the par-3 holes with the ladies index.

Virginia was in fantastic shape today the best I have seen in awhile.
The golf displayed on the other hand was a different matter :(
