There is a chance I can get hold of a set of these to put in my 695MBs but I dont know much about them?

Are they also referred to as DG Tour?

Apparently they are stiffer and heavier than X100s but you will acheive the same / similar distance through reduced spin?

Anyway let me know if I have no idea and what you know about them.

Cheers

I searched golfwrx and TrueTemper had this to sa (http://www.golfwrx.com/forums/topic/59439-true-temper-x-7/page__view__findpost__p__344312)y:

Yes, DGTIX7 are the Dynamic Gold Tours. Only a couple pro's use them, H.K, J.D for example. They are X7 in flex and the stiffest shaft TT makes. They are only available through our Tour Concept dealers.

To end any debate- Tiger plays regular old X100, he used to have them tipped, but now they go straight in.

Also, from the Tour Concept website (http://www.tttourconcept.com/newtt/tc/irons_x7.html):

Dynamic Gold is the #1 shaft in golf. Dynamic Gold X7 is the stiffest, lowest trajectory shaft in the Dynamic Gold family. This high-flex, tour weight shaft is designed for skilled players seeking a low, penetrating ball flight for optimum control and accuracy.

FLEX LENGTH WEIGHT TIP DIA. BUTT DIA.
X7 41-37" 132g .355 .600

Cheers Henno, I just found the same info myself here (http://www.golfshaftsasia.com/true-temper/dynamic-gold-x7.php)

Apparently they dont play as stiff as you think they might? I will probably get them and see, I doubt it will be much difference to my X100s.

Well Im going to take a bit of a punt and put these in my 695MB heads. It should be easy to hit these blades with a iron bar hanging out of them :shock: :D

I doubt anyone would be interested in the Bridgestones they are bloody ancient and not many grooves left on 7, 8 and PW.
