I got a Nak 9* come back from a tour player who needed a little more loft. Its loft is exactly 9.0 and its exactly 0* face angle. It has a Mitsubishi Rayon Tour X flex shaft in it (with a Taylor Made logo on it, but not TM paint screen). The shaft freq's out at about 273cpm and has a 2 cpm tollerance around the shaft (freaking good). I've put a brand new Grip Master leather grip on it.

The head has a few marks, but nothing major. I am open to offers for it.

Wow, there only one or two people here that I can think of that could handle those CPM figures.

But one of them is being whipped into submission as we speak http://deephousepage.com/smilies/zzwhip.gif

You know who you are....SHAME [-X

272 cpms  - sounds like a sweet set up Ben. I have hit Iains driver with pretty much the same shaft and it is a good combo. Pretty strong though.

Tezz are you referring to me

btw, anyone who doubts the "tour" quality of nak should consider this. no one on this list is getting paid.

Justin Rose is using the 3 wood
Paul Casey is using the utility
Luke Donald is trying to get the right Accra shaft for it and wants to use it cause he loves the head
Darren Beck finished 1st at Q school with it
Wayne Berry just won the Tamworth trainee outing
Darren Clarke is apparently using it (tho this is not confirmed)

this doesn't include nationwide players, one of which won 3 or 4 times last year using the driver.

I also have a few other local pro's testing it with at least one looking at putting it into play.

It's good to see tour players using this stuff, but i think it's much more credible to say;

Peter Jones, Monthly Medal winner at Eastlakes, uses the 3 wood
Jeff Black, Single stableford winner (on countback) from Kew uses the Hybrid

Dan.. (bringing the game back to the people)

how so ?? the man on the street wouldn't use it, if the man on the tour didn't  ....

Dan,

I just got a call from Keith Godrigde from Leongather (spelling) who just won comp with a 12* Nak, first time he had used it.

now I would say tour players who use it and don't get paid adds a lot more creds as they can get paid for anything. Also the fact that the retail nak head is the exact same head played on tour. no difference in titanium, weighting, size etc etc etc. Unlike all your big brand names.
