Classic games for the Wii

OK, gonna get a couple of the old classic games which you can download for the Wii. But what to get? Have to be able to use the wii remotes for the games. Thinking super mario bros 1, 2 or 3 (don't know which was better but maybe something 2 player) and a sonic game. And maybe something like one of the street fighters. Which of those were the good ones? Just want something really really easy for the kids to play (and me too!!)

Mario karts with the steering wheels is easy as. Fun too.

I have all the vintage marios (1, 2, 3) and wonderboys. They all work fine with the wii controller. I believe the majority of SNES (Super Nintendo) games require the Wii "Classic Controller".

If you want simple I wouldn't get the Street Fighter games, especially using a Wii controller.

if only you could get on the wii arcade Space Invaders, Frogger, Galaxian & Moon Patrol, & operate with an Atari 2600 joystick - heaven!
