Hi guys

Old man swapped me a Bosco Breeze electric buggy for a driver but it didn't come with a battery. The tray appears to be @ 235mmx130mm rectangular.

Anyone got an idea on the battery model number? And do you guys run deep cycle on these things?

yup deep cycle (& gel). try Comet batteries at Geebung. i got a 2nd hand electric par maker from Baz (with Comet deep cycle gel) that i've been using for about 2.5? years, with no probs. i'd also use a "megapulse" to minimise sulphur buildup. the charger characteristics are important too.

Ended up getting on yesterday Rusty. AGM Deepcycle 33AHR from Alco Battery Sales at Moss Street.
Not cheap but it was an expensive day :-)

Will be testing the buggy out tomorrow at Pacific and see how I like the electric option - although can't see why I won't like it. Should make it just like walking around the park.
