WAGC Summer Cup - 10th January

WA Golf Club summer cup is on on the 10th January,

Myself, idgolfguy, tourfit and adlo have a group together.

Others are free to put groups in if they like.....(must be a member of a private club and have full playing rights). Note that if there are too many starters they ballot out on handicaps so start lopping off the higher handicappers - last year though was plenty of room.....

Won't a par comp be crap for a match play?

JC may be right. It does happen that holes get won with doubles and triples and even quads (at least in my matches) and playing out a hole wouldn't go down too well when the field is waiting.

Nah I'm out for this one guys. Playing at Sun City next sat as we are house sitting a place at Ocean Reef next weekend so taking advantage of the shorter than usual trip :). WAGC should be a good challenge.

I started reasonably well and then went against my initial strategy tried shape my driver. Should have pulled my head in.
