I'd go the 2.5, because it has sight lines.

"IF" i had to choose 1 of the 3 then it would be the 2.5 as i prefer the neck. But having said that it wouldn't be one of the new ones as i dont rate the face or finish (paint fill/logo) so it would have to be 05-08

Tried the 2.6, just couldn't get comfortable with it.

I have a 2 but have never tried the others.

So we get to choose between Patty, Selma and Mrs Krabappel ?

On a constructive note, the Scotty Cameron website has a button to view each putter from address.

I have a 2.7 and it is the best putter I have ever owned, it just lines up well for me and I seem to be making more putts than with my previous putters. It is very well weighted and isnt over the top with graphics. IMO

I had a look at the other pics, and I cant say that I like the other putters, i like the extra offset of the 2.7

Newport 2.5 for me. I prefer the neck of these over the Newport 2.

Depends on what you are looking for, Ned. The 2.7 is almost face balanced, the other two balance at about 4 o'clock. The neck on the 1.5 and 2.5 are almost identical, with the 2.5 giving about a quarter more shaft offset. The big difference is in the shoulder and bumpers. The 1.5 is a little rounder and softer, the 2.5 squarer.

Yep personally I think the 1.5 looks truer to the Anser styling but with the flow neck which appeals to my eye.

I don't mind the midslant as well. Long neck but without the big stepped plumbers neck.

In order of offset it is 1/2, 3/4, 1 shaft offset for the 1.5, 2.5 and midslant.

After pulling out on Perci's BC-1 saying I wasn't going to buy anymore putters I managed to convince myself I couldn't live without a Studio Style Newport 1.5. Very sad but true - I have another putter coming to live with me before Xmas....doubt it means I will putt any better but at least I can look good (better) doing it.

Your balls will be even bluer by the time that opportunity arises.
